All Students of Ghazi University who have applied for Laptop are directed to check there status on this link http://pmnls.hec.gov.pk/student_details.php (Go to Application Status, Select city, university and department)
All Selected Students will Submit 2 copies of CNIC and 2 Copies of their result card (Showing CGPA on which they have applied for) to their Departmental Focal Person on or before Wednesday, 16-11-2016.
Selected Students who have not CNIC, they will submit 2 copies of B-Form Attested and Stamped by their HOD/ Chairperson
Selected Students who have Completed their degree and they don’t have the required Result card they can submit their final transcript (Highlight CGPA of required semester)
Selected Students are advised to be in touch with Departmental Focal Person and follow all the instructions.
Selected Students are also advised to check University website and facebook on daily basis till 23rd November to avoid any disturbance in distribution process.
Selected Students may be called to sign some important documents on Monday, 21st November.
All the students who have yet not deposited their summer & current semester (Fall semester -2016) dues, They are allowed by competent authority to deposit their dues with late fee and complete their enrollment formalities within one week, i.e. on or before 11-11-2016.
As per notification vide letter # GU-GDK/Admin.3/1731 dated 02-11-2016, the additional duties of Treasurer,Ghazi University has been assigned to Prof. Dr. Aleem Ahmed Khan (Professor / Chairman, Department of Zoology).
