Dr. Muhammad Saleem acquired his Ph.D. in chemistry in 2015 from HEJ, RIC, ICCBS, University of Karachi, Karachi-75270 Pakistan. He worked as research associate from 2006 to 2008 at ICCBS university of Karachi and then worked as senior research fellow from 2008 to 2015. Subsequently was selected as research officer in 2015 at HEJ, RIC, ICCBS, University of Karachi. In May, 2015 he worked as Assistant Professor under IPFP-HEC and got selected as Assistant Professor (TTS) at University of Education Lahore in 2016. In August 2020 he was selected as Associate Professor of Chemistry at University of Education Lahore and worked over there up to 17-05-2021. Upon his selection as Associate Professor at Ghazi University Dera Ghazi Khan and he has joined the department of chemistry, Ghazi University Dera Ghazi Kahn as Associate Professor of Chemistry on 17-05-2021 and currently working over there. His research interest is bioorganic and medicinal chemistry. He has published 47 research articles and one US patent in the prestigious international ISI journals. Participation and Speaker of International and National Conferences. Holding many national and international workshops on NMR and Mass spectroscopy techniques. Reviewer of many international journals. Dr. Saleem is HEC approved supervisor and has produced 16 M.Phil. students. His research interest is organic synthesis, natural product chemistry, enzyme inhibition. Bioorganic and medicinal chemistry researcher for the discovery of new and novel inhibitors of clinically important enzymes.
