• Before Registration, Please Click Here to check/confirm your name and passing year from the relevant list.
  
• Graduates who completed their Step1 of registration for the 2nd Convocation in 2022/2025, should not repeat step1. They should directly Login Here with their login credentials

• Application will be submitted by 2 steps.
• After completing of Step1, You will receive an Email with login Credentials.
• Log in to Convocation Portal, complete Step 2, download voucher, and make payment at any Allied Bank Ltd. (ABL) branch.
• After successful payment, upload voucher image on Convocation Portal.
• You will receive a confirmation email/message from the office of the Controller Examinations after validation and verification within three working days.
• The registration fee for graduates attending the 2nd Convocation 2025 is PKR 4,000. Graduates may register one guest.
• Graduates may register one guest.
• If a non-medalist registers with a guest, the total fee is PKR 6,000.
• If a medalist registers with a guest, the fee remains PKR 4,000.
• Graduates receiving two degrees in this convocation will pay only PKR 4,000 for both degrees.

Important Note

• The voucher must be paid only via any ABL branch. Please avoid any kind of online transfer through mobile apps.

• Full dress rehearsal is mandatory and will be held on April 25 2025, at 9:00 AM City Campus Ghazi University, D.G Khan.

• The medallists who are not physically available to receive their medals in 2nd Convocation 2025 due to unavoidable circumstances, they can nominate their nominee to receive their medals on their behalf provided

  • 2. They inform well in time to the Controller of Examination about their nominees via email at coe@gudgk.edu.pk and cc to the Convener Organising Committee, 2nd Convocation 2025 at amunir@gudgk.edu.pk
