Verification of Results and degree completion for the awardees of Prime Minister Fee Reimbursement Scheme M.A, MSc. Session 2016-18(Morning program) 2nd Instalment

2^nd instalment of Prime Minister Fee Reimbursement Scheme MA /MSc  Session 2016-18 has been approved .For fee reimbursement verification of degree completion is required. All  awardees of Prime Minister Fee Reimbursement Scheme MA MSc Session 2016-18 are asked  to submit required documents till 17-09-2021 in the office of the Director Financial Assistance (FAD) Ghazi University Dera Ghazi Khan on attached filled Proforma along with following documents

1.       Final Transcript completion of degree program

2.       Copy CNIC

3.       Domicile

4.       2 Passport size photo

5.       Attested copies of Bachelor ,HSSC, SSC Degree
