The Project Directorate is the backbone of the university and plays a vital role in its growth, development, and achieving the strategic objective of deliver quality education. It was established with the inception of the university in 2017as per the guidelines of HEC and the Planning Commission of Pakistan. To promote integrated planning & development processes and activities for facilitating the academia according to modern standards of education.

Mission
The mission of the Project Directorate is to plan and develop the physical infrastructure of the University consisting of, but not limited to, Buildings and Classroom Facilities, Teaching and Research Laboratories, Academic Departmental Offices, Library Facilities & Campus Study Spaces, Recreation / Athletic Spaces, Food Service Areas, Plant Maintenance, Administrative Offices, Central Services, Health Service Facilities, Common Use & Student Activity Spaces, Assembly and Exhibition Facilities, Residential Spaces, etc.
