Announcement for HEC Need Based Scholarship 2022-2023

Applications for HEC Need Based Scholarship are invited from the students of undergraduate morning programs (4 year) from all departments. Prescribed application form is available on official Ghazi University website or student can take it from departmental focal person.

The applications will be collected by departmental focal person who will conduct the interview for short listing. Students can submit the application form along with supporting documents to departmental focal person maximum till January 19, 2023.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

The eligibility of a candidate is linked to his/her financial needs to be determined by the Ghazi University ISAC (Institutional Scholarship Award Committee). The academic progress and financial background of the beneficiary’s family will be kept in view in this regard.

INELIGIBILITY

• Those students who secured admission on SELF-FINANCEare not eligible for HEC Need-Based Scholarship Program.
• Those students who secured admission in EVENING PROGRAMare not eligible for HEC Need-Based Scholarship
• Students who are already availing ANY SCHOLARSHIPare not eligible
• Students enrolled in Affiliated Colleges will not be eligible.

List of Documents Required with application

1. Salary slip of Father/Mother/Guardian (if Govt. Employee)
2. Income certificate dully verified.
3. Last six-month Electricity/ Sui Gas/ Utility bills.
4. Parents and guardian CNICs.
5. Students CNIC/ B Form issued by NADRA
6. Latest passport size Picture
7. Picture of Home
