HEC Need Based Scholarship are available for the students of Undergraduate level who are admitted in 1^st Semester Fall 2021 in all disciplines as per admission policy of Ghazi University

OBJECTIVES:

To provide opportunities to talented but financially deprived students and empower them to acquire a high quality education at University.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

The eligibility of a candidate is linked to his/her financial needs to be determined by the Ghazi University ISAC  (Institutional Scholarship Award Committee). The financial background of the family of the applicant will be kept in view in this regard.

INELIGIBILITY

• Those students who secured admission on SELF-FINANCE are not eligible for HEC Need-Based Scholarship Program.
• Those students who secured admission in EVENING PROGRAM are not eligible for HEC Need-Based Scholarship
• Students who are already availing ANY SCHOLARSHIP are not eligible
• Students enrolled in Affiliated Colleges will not be eligible.

How to apply

The Scholarship application will be submitted on prescribed form available at Ghazi University website along with supporting documents to Financial Assistance Development (FAD) office Ghazi University till 31st January 2022  .

The scholarship committee will interview the eligible students and recommend to the competent authority for approval.

List of Documents Required with application

1. Salary slip of Father/Mother/Guardian (if Govt. Employ )
2. Income certificate dully verified by Chairman /
3. Last six month Electricity/ Sui Gass/ Utility bills.
4. Parent/guardian CNIC.
5. Students CNIC/ B Form issued by NADRA
6. Latest passport size Picture
7. Picture of Home
8. Bonafide Certificate issued by Chairperson of the concerned department Ghazi University

Scholarship Cost : The Needs Based scholarship covers the university tuition fee and monthly stipend (PKR 6000/month for 10 months).
